Book My Free Discovery CallHow I Work With My Clients
The Shift Method.
Four phases. From surviving to living — with a clear path between them.
Recognize
Name what you’re actually doing — the performing, the over-functioning, the bar that keeps moving — and where it started.
Reframe
Understand that what’s keeping you stuck isn’t a flaw. It’s a pattern that once protected you. That changes everything.
Rebuild
Restore trust in your own decision-making, so you stop second-guessing and start choosing.
Reclaim
Move from survival mode to a life that actually feels like yours — on your terms, at your pace.
Curious which phase you’re in?

Who I Help
You have so much. Why doesn’t it feel like enough?
You have the career. The apartment. The trips. The friends who think you have it together. You’ve worked hard for all of it. And still something feels off. The bar keeps moving. You’re already focused on the next goal before you’ve sat down to celebrate the last one. You’re proud of what you’ve built and somehow still waiting to actually feel it.
You’ve been doing this a long time. Relying on yourself. Figuring it out. Not asking for too much from anyone. It worked. It got you here.
Except here doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.
What you’re feeling isn’t ingratitude. It’s not a personal flaw. It’s a pattern that started long before your career — maybe in a childhood where emotional safety was inconsistent, conditional, or just not there. You learned early to keep moving. To achieve. To need less.
That pattern protected you then. Now it keeps you moving forward in some areas of your life and completely stuck in others.
You don’t need to tear down what you’ve built. You need to acknowledge what made you who you are — and decide to go deeper than survival.

What clients are saying.
“Before coaching I felt lost and angry at myself often. I was dealing with feeling behind and like a failure. With Amanda's help I was able to allow myself to grow slowly and respect myself again. I stopped putting pressure on myself and started enjoying the little moments in life again.”
Karolina, Seoul
“Before coaching, I didn't have the confidence to stand up for myself. Working with Amanda helped me look inward and truly see who I am. I no longer feel like an imposter. Coaching with Amanda gave me confidence, clarity, and the strength to advocate for myself — something I never had before.”
Liz, Chicago
“All your posts and stories lately are really inspiring me to be more authentically me in my life. The freedom and the joy that come with it are like glimmers of hope that I haven’t felt in a long time. Culturally it’s been ingrained to be a certain way because of perception. I didn’t realize what it was doing to my soul. Thank you for sharing everything you are. And thank you for being a catalyst to so many realizations.”
Mel, Queens
“A lot of your content really strikes home because I had a rough upbringing and parental relationships growing up as well. Drug addiction stole a lot from my family and I went through seasons of having one or no parent present. I was so lost and hurt and had to grow up so fast. I wish I had someone like you back then, and wanted to let you know that you inspire me to keep going — and maybe one day I’ll inspire someone else as well. I just know you’re impacting so many lives for the better.”
Sam, Hawaii
“While filling out the Shift workbook, I realized something about myself that I’ve known for a long time, but had stopped paying attention to — and I think this might be the key to getting unstuck and moving on, specifically in my relationships.”
Amalfi, The Bronx
“I already knew what I needed to work on, but completing the Shift workbook allowed me to get really specific about why and what to do next.”
Dave, Seattle

Hi, I'm Amanda
I'm so glad
you're here.
Before I became a coach, I spent most of my life doing what many of us do: surviving, achieving, performing… while quietly wondering if life was supposed to feel different. That question changed everything for me.
I didn't grow up with an easy start.
My mom and I were separated for the first sixteen years of my life, and my dad was incarcerated when I was ten. For a long time, I lived in survival mode. But healing taught me something: you don't have to wait for your whole life to change to start feeling better.
I spent fifteen years as a photo editor and creative producer with Vogue, GQ, New York Magazine, and Bloomberg Businessweek. I created Loyal Nana, interviewing women like Sonia Sotomayor and Megan Thee Stallion about identity, resilience, and transformation.
My career was built around helping brands tell meaningful stories. Now I help people understand and reshape their own.
